- Citicabs may close or suspend the Credit Facility Agreement at any time without written notice if it is found that the account is being
abused.
- The account holder or his/her agents cannot hold Citicabs or its agents responsible for improper use of the account.
- Citicabs will afford all possible help to the account holder to help him/her if it is found that the account is being used fraudulently
but will not be held responsible for any charges incurred on the said account through fraudulent use.
- Citicabs will at all times try to meet account holders requirements for transport when possible but may have to decline a booking if it
is no way possible able to meet the account holders request.
- A Credit Facility Account with Citicabs is not a guarantee to being provided with transport on demand.
- Payment of account will be due within 28 days of receipt invoice. If payment is not received, the credit facility will automatically be suspended by the Admin 2000v.3.2 software package until payment is received.
Citicabs will endeavor to accommodate any delays of payment providing we have received verbal or written confirmation.
- Citicabs Ltd may change or alter these conditions without notice to the credit facility holder. However any changes will be posted on
the following monthly invoice.
- Misuse of the account could render the account holder to lose the Credit Facility Agreement held with Citicabs.
- Cabs cancelled before or after dispatch (15 minutes minimum) will/may be charged at a cancellation fee of between £5.00 and £10.00
depending on tariff charge and Bank Holidays tariff charge or the actual fee rate.
- Account holders are requested to contact the Accounts Department during working hours in order to setup a password facility and/or
authorised persons/job reference once a Credit Facility Agreement has been approved.
- Service charges are as follows on a monthly basis:- £5.00 minimum charge per month for personal accounts, corporate accounts do not
carry any admin charge.
- All price quotes include 10 minutes waiting time free of charge, if this time is exceeded then the journey will revert to a metered
fare.
- On metered fare journeys the Restricted Taxi-Cab will arrive at the pick up address with a £2.00 starting charge on the meter.
- Citicabs Ltd and Island Cab Co. cannot be held responsible for any loss financial, professional, missed connection times, flights, due
to the Taxi-Cab not arriving at the pick-up address at the booked time.
